TapNow ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting and respecting your personal data privacy and complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486, the Laws of Hong Kong). In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, manage and protect the personal data or information (“Data”) that we may collect from or about you. It applies to all individuals whose Data may be handled, by Super Hero Holdings Limited (collectively “TapNow“, “we“, “us” or “our“), whether as controller or processor, including TapNow related digital media platforms and social media platforms.

By using this website, submitting information or using any of our products and/or services, you are agreeing with and accepting the terms and the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with and accept this Privacy Policy, please do not use this website, provide information to us or use our products and/or services.

This Privacy Policy covers the collection and use of any personal data that we gather when you are on this website and when you are using our services. Also, this Privacy Policy covers the use of any personal data that our business partners may share with us. This Privacy Policy does not cover personal data (if any) that may be collected elsewhere, including without limitation offline and on other sites linked to and from this website as well as the practices of third parties that the Company does not control or own, or individuals that the Company does not employ or manage.

We reserve the right to update, amend or modify the terms of this Privacy Policy or any part of it without prior notice. This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time so check back often. You have the right to delete your TapNow account anytime in "Account Page - Setting -> Delete Account", and your personal data held by us will be deleted from our system within 14 days after you deleted your account.

6. Marketing and opting out

We may share your Data with organizations who are our business partners and we or they may contact you (unless you have asked us or them not to do so) by mail, telephone, SMS, text/picture/video message, fax, email, etc., about products, services, promotions and special offers which may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive any further direct marketing communications from us or our business partners, you can opt out at any time.

You have the right to ask us to stop using your Data for direct marketing purposes. If you wish to exercise this right you should:

put your request in writing (an email sent to [email protected] with a header that says ‘Unsubscribe’ is acceptable);
provide us with enough information to identify you (eg account number, username, registration details); and
if your objection is not to direct marketing in general, but to direct marketing by a particular channel (eg email or telephone) please specify the channel you are objecting to.

10. Amendments
